CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require to make any changes to your order please contact us immediately at info@arlaandfinn.com so we can do our best to make any amendments required before the order is dispatched.

CHECKOUT CURRENCY

All of our pricing is charged in AUD Dollars.

GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
To redeem a gift card online, simply enter the 16 character gift card code on the billing page during checkout.
Gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Gift cards can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. However, we cannot reload a gift card.
If you have not yet received your unique code for your gift card and you have already checked your spam/junk folder, please email us at info@arlaandfinn.com
Our gift cards are not transferrable or refundable if unused.
They cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way than originally intended.
A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
The balance of the gift card cannot be viewed by the customer. But if you would like an update on the balance of your gift card, please feel free to email is and we would be happy to send that information to you.

MISSING CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Depending on your settings and host, your mail may have been directed to a junk or ‘Promotions’ folder. Please check here first before submitting a contact form.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed prior to 12pm AEST on a business day will be dispatched same day.

Our business days are Monday to Friday.

Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note during periods of extreme high demand, delivery times can take an additional business day.
