REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your arla & finn purchase! If for any reason your purchase is not quite right, we will gladly supply you with a store credit or refund the item provided the return meets our return policy requirements listed below;
REFUND POLICY
- Returns must be lodged and returned within 7 days of receiving the product
- Returns will only be accepted if the garment is not worn, washed or altered and damaged in any way shape or form
- Return's are at the buyers expense, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. (You are more than welcome to reuse our mailers as your return packaging - just make sure you've resealed it before sending).
After the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is still in it's original condition and meets the above requirements. Once this has been cleared, you will receive an email into your account with your credit or alternatively the original payment method will be refunded. Both options will be in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding the shipping costs associated with the original order. For refunds, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back into your account, depending on your payment method.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty item please email info@arlaandfinn.com right away with images and we will treat this with the highest priority to resolve the issue for you as soon as we can!
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. However, as mentioned above, we do offer credits for your returns. If you require a new size, please proceed by placing a new order.
