Our business days are Monday to Friday.
Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

We offer free shipping for orders over $150.00 (for Australian customers only)
For shipping times (estimated from date of shipment):
- Australia: 2-6 business days
- New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific: 21-28 business days
- Rest of the world: 25-30 business days
Our delivery partners typically deliver our parcels between Monday and Friday 8am-6pm (excluding Public Holidays).
Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
Please ensure delivery details are correct as once it leaves our facility we are unable to intercept it. Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track your delivery. If you do not receive an email (and after you have checked both your spam/junk/promotions inbox) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up your order information.
Please note, as soon as the items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. We are not responsible for custom delays. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
